PRODYS has developed a new generation of high-performance audiocodecs for ISDN/RDSI. Its careful design has vastly simplified its use by the technicians and the users compared to other units which can be found in the market nowadays. It allows even the control via PC. PRONTO 2, PRONTO 3 and PRONTONET satisfy the needs of the Broadcast environment because they implement the most used audio compression algorithms in mono and stereo modes.

ProntoNet completes the PRODYS audio codecs family improving the features provided in previous models. Based on the Motorola 56311 DSP, ProntoNet extends its performance possibilities as dual audio codec and supports MPEG2/4 AAC LC and LD amongst its coding algorithms and bidirectional uncompressed audio transmission via IP.
